Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when that is possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control.

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or seek refunds, you do not face a problem.

Policy Regarding Refunds for Customized or Altered items

Our policy regarding refunds for customized or altered items is that they are only eligible for store credit. Cash refunds are not available for these products. If you receive your item and are not satisfied, please reach out to us within 48 hours to request store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Dispatch Confirmation Email

For alteration requirements, our Professional masters will take measurements on a video call. As we are taking virtual measurements if any minor alteration is required after receiving an order, you need to do it at your end.

Before order dispatch, we are adding product images with all the details in your "My Account" - Under video shopping orders. After Sending Dispatch Email If we do not receive any email confirmation within 24 hours, then we will ship your order from our end.
